RETURN POLICY:

Return Shipping Fee

Return shipping is at your cost, if custom fees & taxes incurs, it’s also your responsibility. Please pack and ship the returned items to our warehouse in China. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact  info@chizzlewear.com

15-Day Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchased items, you can submit a return request within 15 days from the date you received the (last) package. Your return package must be mailed out within 7 days from the date you received the return instructions.

 

Submit a Return Request
To submit a return request, email our customer service at info@chizzlewear.com. After receiving our confirmation, we will send the return instructions. Please prepare your package with an order number, tracking number & contact info and send it to the correct address, so your refund will be processed correctly and quickly.

Process Your Refunds
After receiving the return package, we will check if the package meets our return conditions, if it does, a refund will be issued to your payment method on file. Please check your payment account, the refund will be transferred within 7-15 business days.

PLEASE NOTE:

The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and in the original packaging with the original product label tags.

We do not accept items that are sent back without submitting a return request.

The original shipping fee of your order is non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled before shipping.

You should send an order cancellation request to our customer service team via info@chizzlewear.com

 After receiving your order cancellation request, we will cancel the order and process a refund to your payment method.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

Final Sale

  1. If your order has been paid through Store Credit only, please note that all products will become Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund.
  2. Items in the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene: Rings & Necklace, Socks and Caps
  3. Blind box, free give-away and free gifts cannotbe returned or exchanged.
